“One Hundred Percent Support for Turkish Sports in Higher Education†memorandum of understanding signing ceremony, Republic of Turkey Youth and Sports It was held in ÖSYM building in Nicosia with the participation of Minister Mehmet Muharrem Kasapoğlu. The memorandum of understanding, which includes the National Athlete Scholarship of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Turkey and the provision of one hundred percent educational support to students in higher education, was signed between the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Turkey and 19 universities in the TRNC.
The texts were accompanied by the Minister of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Turkey. Kasapoğlu and university representatives signed. The signing ceremony was attended by Turkish Republic Nicosia Ambassador Metin Feyzioğlu, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Tourism, Culture, Youth and Environment Fikri Ataoğlu, YÖDAK President Turgay Avcı, TRNC Rectors, representatives, students, national athletes and other officials of universities in Turkey attended. The signing ceremony, which started with a moment of silence and the National Anthem, continued with the promotional video of the National Athlete Scholarship.
The signing ceremony was attended by the Vice Rector of our university, Prof. Dr. Rasime KALKAN attended.
